During appointments, clients watch educational videos, complete worksheets, and discuss the lessons. Homework is given to take home and return at the next appointment. The program offers tailored lessons based on each client’s stage of pregnancy and needs.
Clients typically have appointments scheduled once a week or twice a month. It’s essential to attend these appointments on time and consistently. Missing three consecutive appointments without a valid reason, like illness, can result in being dropped from the program.
